What is the return policy?

  • Return products with payment of delivery cost in Kuwait or go to the nearest Fives store for free return – within 7 days.
  • We want to always ensure the satisfaction and happiness of our customers when purchasing our products. So we offer a return feature within 7 days after you receive the products. Please note that we can only accept returns of unworn products, which are returned with the label on the product. We will refund the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and it may take 5 to 7 days for you to receive the refund, depending on how long your banks’ transactions take.
  • If your original payment method is cash on delivery, we can provide store credit with the original amount.
  • Products purchased during discounts will be returned in the form of Evolve Zone vouchers for shopping only.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN :

  • Goods sold are currently unavailable for which there is no return.

What is the replacement policy?

  • You can replace the products within 7 days after you receive the products. Please note that we can only accept the replacement of unworn products, which are returned with the label on the product. Evolve Zone does not cover delivery costs in Kuwait. Or the customer can go to the nearest Fives store and replace the product.

How do I perform the return process for my order or exchange?

  • By submitting the order number returned by contacting the team available on Whatsapp, Instagram, and email 5 days a week from Sunday to Thursday 9am-1pm.

I paid cash on delivery and placed my order, can I get a refund?

  • You will receive the total amount of products.
